Cybersecurity Weekly Venture Deals

Here are some recent venture deals in cybersecurity;

  • Anvilogic, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based multi-data security information and event management platform, raised $45 million in Series C funding. Evolution Equity Partners led the round and was joined by existing investors Foundation Capital, Cervin Ventures, Myriad Ventures, Point72 Ventures, Outpost Ventures, Stepstone Group, and G Squared.
  • Cynomi, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based virtual CISO platform for small-to-medium-sized businesses and service providers, raised $20 million in funding. Canaan led the round and was joined by Flint Capital, s16vc, and Aloniq.
  • Vorlon, a Mountain View, Calif.-based third-party API security platform, raised $15.7 million in Series A funding. Accel led the round and was joined by Shield Capital and others.
  • Miggo, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based cybersecurity platform designed to prevent application breaches, raised $7.5 million in seed funding. YL Ventures led the round and was joined by CCL (Cyber Club London) and others.
  • Tracer, a Boise, Id.-based operator of a brand protection data and insights SaaS company intended to monitor high-risk verticals, identify active violators, and enforce intellectual property violations, raised $6.9 million of Series C2 venture funding from undisclosed investors.
  • BreachRX, a San Francisco-based incident response platform, raised $6.5 million in seed funding. SYN Ventures led the round and was joined by Overline.
  • NightVision, a Bradenton, Fla.-based API and web app security platform, raised $5.4 million in seed funding from Danu Venture Group, Jim Higgins, Emilio Escobar, and others.
  • Cloudburst Technologies, a New York, N.Y.-based provider of real-time cyber monitoring services and cyber threat intelligence tools intended to help track fraud in the cryptocurrency market, raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from In-Q-Tel.
